About Me
I’m a relational, trauma-focused therapist who works with thoughtful, high-achieving adults navigating attachment wounds, identity exploration, addiction recovery, and complex trauma—supporting you in building secure relationships, emotional steadiness, and a more integrated sense of self.
My approach blends depth work with practical tools: we slow down, track your nervous system, and gently explore the patterns that formed in relationship. I draw from attachment-based, psychodynamic, somatic, and parts-oriented frameworks to help you move from insight into embodied change.
Outside of session, I collaborate with other clinicians through consultation and ongoing professional development, staying actively engaged in the evolving conversations around trauma, neurodivergence, and recovery—so the work we do together remains thoughtful, current, and grounded.
